Requirements
- Availability: Part-time – 5.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Required Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV Business Administration (or similar)
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping (TAFE or equivalent) – highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Location: Must live within a reasonable commute to Sydney CBD
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar office/accounting administration role
- Technical Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Xero, IPS, or similar accounting/administration systems is desirable
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- High attention to detail and professionalism
The Role
This multifaceted role supports both the day-to-day office administration and the Partners of the Firm. You will also provide general assistance to our accounts team and professional staff with insolvency and forensic administration tasks.
