The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Analyst to join our growing Brisbane CBD team. You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive group, working directly with senior management on a wide range of corporate insolvency matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day tasks of corporate insolvency files across various appointments
- Conduct investigations, creditor communications, report drafting, asset realisations, and recoveries
- Liaise professionally with creditors, directors, and stakeholders
- Work closely with managers, partners, and consultants
- Use platforms such as Insol 6, MYOBE AE, IPS, Suitefiles, InfoTrack, and PPSR for investigations and case work
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Corporations Act, APES standards, and industry compliance
What We Are Looking For
- Experienced: At least 1 year of hands-on corporate insolvency experience
- Qualified or in progress: CA/CPA/IPA/ARITA qualifications (or currently studying)
- Technically strong: Confident in Microsoft Office and insolvency systems (Insoly 6, MYOB AE, IPS and Suitefiles experience highly regarded)
- Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accurate file management
- Communicative: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated: Proactive, organised, and capable of working both independently and in a team
- Time Management: Effective time management and meeting of set deadlines;
- Legally eligible: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Work Flexibility: Able to work Full-time
- This position is an immediate start
