Tanya has over 25 years of experience in accounting, financial, and business management, having worked in various industries ranging from banking, services, warehousing, and manufacturing to professional practice.
Experience:
Tanya joined the dVT Group (now DVT Mcleods) in 2008 as a practice accountant. Over the last 15 years, she has developed skills and knowledge of all aspects of the practice, which include financial management, human resources, business processes, business development, and practice administration management. She has been involved in and leading the implementation of new business processes, software and tools to improve work efficiency, profitablilty & compliance.
Tanya has been helping clients to set up, manage and improve their business and financial processes and compliance. She has been managing custodial services provided to clients.
