Bill Karageozis has over 20 years of insolvency experience and has extensive exposure in liquidations (voluntary and involuntary), administrations, receiverships, and has administered numerous personal bankruptcies, personal insolvency agreements, and statutory trusteeships. Bill also advises on turnaround, reconstruction, and corporate recovery matters.

Bill works predominately with small to medium sized business and has experience across a broad range of industries including building and construction, retail and property, mining, transport, telecommunications and manufacturing.
Bill has been involved in complex and litigious matters and takes a personal approach to every appointment. Bill is able to assess clients’ needs and provide timely and realistic advice to deal with clients’ issues. Bill is the Managing Director of McLeod’s Accounting and is instrumental in all aspects of the business.
